School of Planning and Architecture, Vijaywada (SPAV) Institute of National Importance established by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India announces the Admissions through Spot Round against the vacant seats of Direct Admissions 2022-23 for the Post Graduate Programmes under various specializations of Architecture and Planning for the Academic Year 2022-23.
Applications are invited for Two Years - Postgraduate Programme under full time category with assistantship or without any assistantship as per norms of the institute.

Course: Sustainable Architecture

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university

Eligibility Criteria: Marks/Grades Eligibility: For all the above PG programmes, the candidate must have a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in case of Open/OBC/EWS candidates in qualifying degree, whereas in case of SC/ST/PH candidates a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-Point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in qualifying degree will be applicable or the applicable GoI norms adopted by the institute from time to time.

Admission Procedures

An applicant can apply for a maximum of three PG programmes in each separate application and fee should be paid based on the no. of programmes applied. The application form is available on SPAV Website https://www.spav.ac.in under Admissions and the duly filled in application form along with the self attested copies of marks sheets of SSC/10th, 12th standard, qualifying examination, valid GATE/JRF/CEED score card, Birth & Caste Certificate, Professional Certificate, Certificate for extracurricular and co-curricular activities and online fee receipt should be sent to SPA Vijayawada by post/courier.
The candidates pursuing final year of the UG & PG Programme can also apply and must submit the CGPA/Percentage marks secured till the VI Semester (4 Years Programme) / VIII Semester (5 Year Programme) / III Semester (PG Programme). Such a student is required to submit the certificate issued by their institute certifying the ‘appearance in final examination’. The provisionally admitted candidates are required to submit final year marks and provisional certificate prior to the commencement of I Year Post Graduate classes at SPA Vijayawada.

Selection Criteria

Selection is based on written test followed by Interview and final merit list shall be prepared as per the Institute norms.
